What Are Cannabis Solventless Concentrates?
Concentrates are cannabis products that contain higher levels of cannabinoids and terpenes than traditional flower. They are created by separating these compounds from the plant material, resulting in a more refined and potent form of cannabis. Concentrates can be produced through two main methods of extraction: solvent-based and solventless.
Solventless concentrates are extracted without the use of chemical solvents such as butane, propane, or CO₂. Instead, these products are made using natural elements like ice, water, pressure, and heat to separate and collect the plant’s resin glands. This process produces a cleaner, high-fidelity product that more accurately represents the strain from which it was made.
The Value of Full Spectrum
Solventless products are considered true full-spectrum concentrates, meaning they preserve the entire chemical profile of the cannabis plant—including terpenes, cannabinoids, and flavonoids—without compromising any part of the natural makeup. This results in a concentrate that reflects the authentic characteristics of each cultivar.

The Solventless Process
1. Fresh Frozen Live Flower
Cannabis flower is harvested and immediately frozen to preserve its natural phytochemical properties.
2. Wash
The frozen flower is gently agitated in ice water to separate trichome heads, which contain the plant’s cannabinoids and terpenes.
3. Filter
Using varying micron filter bags, the trichome heads are collected and isolated to create Ice Water Bubble Hash.
4. Press
The hash is then pressed using carefully controlled heat and pressure to extract resinous oils, producing Live Rosin.
5. Vaporization
A naturally sweet and fragrant terpene with herbal and woodsy tones, often found in orchids and mint.
