Firelands Scientific to Launch PTSD/Veterans Jar to Benefit Veterans Ananda Inc.

Huron, Ohio, May 26, 2021—Firelands Scientific, a certified B-Corp medical cannabis company that believes in using cannabis as a force for good is delighted to announce their  Limited-Edition PTSD/Veterans Jar benefitting Veterans Ananda Inc. After their success from their Limited-Edition “Pink with Purpose” jars that they released in October 2020 to raise money and awareness for the Breast Cancer Fund of Ohio, the company wanted to continue building awareness about specific causes. Their PTSD jars will be sold in the PTSD Awareness color of teal and will feature a gradient teal on the label.

Firelands Scientific believes in giving back to not only the community and their stakeholders, but to their patients as well. The company takes pride in finding ways to collaborate and support local, as well as to build education around stigmas associated with medical cannabis. Veterans Ananda is a 501©(3), non-profit organization that utilizes traditional and non-traditional treatments and therapies; to assist with supporting, healing and rehabilitating U.S. Armed Service Members, veterans, and first responders from across the nation. For every purchase of a teal 2.83 gram flower jar from Firelands Scientific, they will donate $2 of revenue per jar to Veterans Ananda to help fund the construction of a tiny home for their ‘Tipp Tiny House’ program. The tiny home will house individuals who take part in the short-duration, high impact retreats and long-term post traumatic growth programs.
